Wilbur the Witch - Design Draft

A design for Wilbur the Witch that closely resembles her final design a lot better! I tried drawing her without the star medallion that she wears around her neck, but it just proved to be too iconic of a clothing-item for her to remove.

This variation of Wilbur's design more closely resembles her final one, with the only differences between the two designs being the staff, inclusion of the medallion, the belt-buckle on her witches-hat as well as the jewellery dangling on its tip.
